At the beginning, we determine your property preferences – type, budget, and other criteria. We send proposals via email or WhatsApp so that you can conveniently review the offers.

Step 2:
Visit and Viewing of the Property

After the initial selection of properties, we schedule a date for your visit to Spain. We can pick you up from Alicante or Murcia airport, and then we will view the selected properties together.

If you cannot come, we offer an online presentation and full support for a remote purchase.

Step 3:
Reservation of the Property

After making your decision, we sign a reservation contract and set the date for the transaction’s finalization. From that moment, you can be sure that the property will not be sold to anyone else.

Step 4:
Audit and Formalities

We collaborate with trusted lawyers to audit the property and gather all the necessary documents. If you are using a mortgage, we also handle all the related banking formalities.

Step 5:
Handover of the Property

Signing the notarial deed and receiving the keys is the most important moment of the transaction. We accompany you every step of the way – from obtaining the NIE number to opening a bank account.

Step 6:
Post-Purchase Support

We offer continued legal assistance, help with property management, and any other support to ensure you can enjoy your new home.
